ENERGY APPLICATION RESEARCH FUNDING AGREEMENT

This Energy Application Research Funding Agreement is the official legal instrument for funding applied research, pilot testing, and demonstration of energy technologies (renewable energy integration, energy storage, smart grid, energy efficiency, green hydrogen production & utilization, CCUS, demand response, microgrid, advanced biofuels, waste-to-energy, nuclear SMR applications, etc.) – fully aligned with PDP8, JETP, Net Zero 2050, and eligible for Vietnam’s highest energy R&D incentives.

This bilingual (Vietnamese – English) template is 100% accepted by the Ministry of Industry & Trade (MOIT), Ministry of Science & Technology (MOST), Electricity of Vietnam (EVN), State Treasury, international donors (JETP, World Bank, ADB, KfW, AFD), and carbon funds.
