ATHLETE EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

1. PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT

This Contract is entered into between the Club/Team (Employer) and the Athlete (Employee) to formalize the employment relationship, clearly defining the rights, obligations, and professional responsibilities of the Athlete, specifically detailing:

1.1. Definition of Scope of Work and Playing Position: a. Clearly state the sport and the official playing position of the Athlete (e.g., Football - Striker; Basketball - Point Guard). b. Detail the Athlete's duties: Participation in training, competition, and brand representation activities as required by the Club.

1.2. Establishment of Performance Targets and Discipline: a. Agree upon the performance criteria to be met during the Contract term (e.g., Maintain fitness level, Meet minimum game participation, Score/Point targets). b. Commit to strictly adhering to the Club's internal disciplinary rules and the regulations of the relevant Sports Federation.

1.3. Stipulation of Term and Compensation Package: a. Define the duration of the Contract (fixed-term/indefinite) and the probation period (if any). b. Stipulate the Basic Salary, Performance Bonuses, and other benefits (Health insurance, Injury insurance, Allowances).

1.4. Guarantee of Health and Medical Care: a. Commit the Athlete to maintaining the best physical condition for competition and complying with periodic medical examinations. b. Define the Club's responsibility to provide professional medical care, treatment, and injury rehabilitation services.
